Estão abertas as inscrições para o TIMELINE:BH#6 Festival Internacional de Videoarte I Belo Horizonte 2021 que acontecerá e setembro de 2021. O TIMELINE:BH#6 segue promovendo novas produções audiovisuais de curtas-metragens em arte eletrônica, vídeo arte e filmes de vanguarda, por sua inovação e criatividade excepcionalmente no formato on-line a ser realizada em setembro de 2021.

A data limite para inscrição: 20 de maio a 20 de junho de 2021.

REGULAMENTO 6º TIMELINE – FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE ARTE ELETRÔNICA DE BELO HORIZONTE

CAPÍTULO I: DA FINALIDADE

TIMELINE:BH#6 Festival Internacional de Videoarte  Belo Horizonte 2021 tem a finalidade de incentivar novas produções audiovisuais de curtas-metragens em arte eletrônica, vídeo arte e filmes de vanguarda, por sua inovação e criatividade. 

CAPÍTULO II: DA INSCRIÇÃO

2.1 – O TIMELINE está aberto às produções nacionais e internacionais, finalizados a partir de 2017. Cada participante poderá inscrever até duas obras, inscritas individualmente. 

2.2 – As inscrições ficam abertas do dia 20 de maio de 2021 a 20 de junho de 2021. Para realizá-la é necessário:

Preferencialmente os trabalhos inscritos poderão se estender à duração máxima de 20 min. Trabalhos que excederem 20 min. também podem ser inscritos, mas serão avaliados para um único programa, mais criterioso, pois, temos o objetivo de exibir uma maior quantidade de trabalhos de autores diversos. 

Nos casos de criações coletivas, torna-se necessário a apresentação de um autor responsável; este, como os demais, deverá estar de acordo com a projeção do trabalho/obra, assim como com a veiculação e publicação de frames, dados específicos da produção e apontamentos críticos.

É de total responsabilidade do autor ou grupo de autores o uso não-autorizado de propriedades intelectuais de terceiros.

Aceitamos contribuições intelectuais como manifestos, textos críticos e ensaios para serem adicionados ao catálogo.  Os mesmos devem estar escritos em português ou inglês, além do idioma original, sendo também de total responsabilidade do autor ou grupo de autores o uso não-autorizado de propriedades intelectuais de terceiros.

No caso de produções estrangeiras, quando houver diálogos é essencial o envio de lista de diálogo em inglês ou português.

Todas a sessões serão sem fins lucrativos e de caráter não-competitivo.

CAPÍTULO III: DA SELEÇÃO

3.1 – Os selecionados e a programação estarão disponíveis a partir de agosto / setembro de 2021 em: http://www.timelinebh.com/ e na fanpage 

Os trabalhos selecionados devem ser enviados  para download da cópia de exibição da obra filme\vídeo, por meio de Dropbox, Googledrive, Wetransfer, dentro do formato abaixo descrito:

Arquivo Digital no formato MP4 FULLHD (1920X1080), com codec H264, exportado com até no máximo 40 mbps e áudio codec AAC ou DTS observando o teto de 192 kHz / 24-bit.

CAPÍTULO IV: DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS

4.1 - Todas as cópias enviadas ao TIMELINE – Festival Internacional de Arte Eletrônica de Belo Horizonte faram parte do acervo do festival.

4.2 - A organização do TIMELINE – Festival Internacional de Arte Eletrônica de Belo Horizonte reserva para si o direito de utilizar cenas (até 30") de filmes inscritos na mostra em programas ou produtos que visem promovê-la. 

4.3 – Não serão aceitas correspondências a cobrar em hipótese alguma. 

4. 4 - O preenchimento da Ficha de Inscrição no Googledocs vinculado ao blog da mostra no ato da inscrição certifica o participante à aceitação deste regulamento.

4. 5 - Os casos omissos serão solucionados pela comissão organizadora do TIMELINE – Festival Internacional de Arte Eletrônica de Belo Horizonte

REGULATION 6th TIMELINE - INTERNATIONAL BELO HORIZONTE ELECTRONIC ART FESTIVAL

CHAPTER I: PURPOSE

TIMELINE: BH # 6 International Video Art Festival Belo Horizonte 2021 aims to encourage new audiovisual productions of short films in electronic art, video art and avant-garde films, for their innovation and creativity.

CHAPTER II: REGISTRATION

2.1 - TIMELINE is open to national and international productions, completed from 2017 onwards. Each participant will be able to register up to two works, individually registered.

2.2 - Registration is open from May 20, 2021 to June 20, 2021. In order to register, it is necessary to:

Preferably, the enrolled works can be extended to a maximum duration of 20 min. Works that exceed 20 min. they can also be registered, but will be evaluated for a single program, more judicious, because we aim to display a greater number of works by different authors.

In the case of collective creations, it is necessary to present a responsible author; this, like the others, should be in accordance with the projection of the work / work, as well as with the placement and publication of frames, specific production data and critical notes.

It is the sole responsibility of the author or group of authors to use unauthorized intellectual property of third parties.

We accept intellectual contributions such as manifestos, critical texts and essays to be added to the catalog. They must be written in Portuguese or English, in addition to the original language, and the unauthorized use of third party intellectual property is also the sole responsibility of the author or group of authors.

In the case of foreign productions, when there are dialogues it is essential to send a list of dialogues in English or Portuguese.

All sessions will be non-profit and non-competitive.

CHAPTER III: SELECTION

3.1 - Those selected and the program will be available from August / September 2021 at: http://www.timelinebh.com/ and on the fanpage

The selected works must be sent to download the exhibition copy of the work film \ video, through Dropbox, Googledrive, Wetransfer, in the format described below:

CHAPTER IV: GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 - All copies sent to TIMELINE - Belo Horizonte International Electronic Art Festival were part of the festival's collection.

4.2 - The organization of TIMELINE - International Electronic Art Festival of Belo Horizonte reserves the right to use scenes (up to 30 ") from films registered in the show in programs or products that aim to promote it.

4.3 - No correspondence to be collected under any circumstances will be accepted.

4. 4 - Completion of the Registration Form in Google Docs linked to the exhibition blog at the time of registration certifies the participant to the acceptance of these regulations.
